Yew Tree Cottage

THE VISION

The client was looking to extend and modernise a traditional cottage. By the time we met with them plans had already been drawn up for a single storey rear extension and a 2 storey side extension but the client was open to suggestions about how to make the most of the living space. We were able to suggest some changes, such as moving the main entrance from the side to the middle of the property to create a substantial entrance hall and porch leading onto an open plan kitchen, dining and living room.
