All of our quotations include a comprehensive breakdown of costs and are 'fixed price'. You will be given a detailed programme of works and any variations will be discussed and agreed with clients to avoid surprises.
We are happy to offer site visits to previous projects so that you can hear directly from other clients and inspect the quality of our work and we have numerous testimonials collected over the years.
Our dedicated office based support staff ensure that clients are always able to speak to somebody. This core team is then supplemented with reliable specialist contractors who we have built strong relationships with over a number of years.
Our on-site teams are then backed up by an equally experienced and skilled office based team who ensure that everything runs smoothly and allow the trades people to focus on what they do best.
Mark, as the founder and owner of Silverwoods, is passionate about every project we take on and one of the first things he does is to get a clear understanding of the clients' vision for their dream building project. Mark will then enthusiastically engage with this vision and look to bring his passion and experience to the project to add value and ensure the best possible result for the client and bring the wow factor!
At the completion of the building project, we will provide a thorough handover of the project to the client, including instructions and demonstrations of the new features that have been installed. But this is not the end of the engagement with Silverwoods.
Our after care team will continue to liaise with clients and ensure there is a timely sign off from Building Control and that all the necessary certificates are provides as well as dealing with any snagging issues that need resolving.
