We transformed a bungalow’s narrow kitchen and separate dining room into a spacious and airy living space with a sun room extending into the garden.

To get a result that perfectly matched the couple‘s lifestyle and ambitions for their home, we walked them through every stage of construction. The couple were so impressed they invited us back to install a patio, then again to create a new bathroom with stylish, full-height tiling, and then once more to refurbish their cloakroom.

When a retired couple wanted to extend their bungalow, they were faced with a series of expensive quotes. Their architect recommended they turn to Silverwoods and we were able to offer them a bespoke solution for a competitive price.

The goal was to add a third bedroom, enlarge the living area and expand the master bedroom, adding an en suite.

The project was on a tight deadline to get the client back into their home as quickly as possible, so speed, quality and expert guidance was crucial. Our team assisted the couple with every stage of their designs down to the choice of materials, lighting and finishes.

The result was a bungalow extended by 75 per cent with high quality new living space featuring French windows and contemporary lighting, as well as a new detached garage, smart driveway and garden landscaping.

The ambition was to construct two beautiful, five-bedroom contemporary houses built to the highest specification on the edge of the New Forest National Park.
